The man behind the counter is Mr. Sato, who served as the main bartender at Niseko's renowned bar, Gyu+, for 10 years. From classics to original creations inspired by local ingredients, each and every drink is infused with refined technique and aesthetic sense. His cocktails, which express even abstract requests through flavor, are truly works of art.
In addition, we offer rare Japanese craft spirits and premium beers on tap that are only available at our bar, the Park Hyatt, and the Ritz-Carlton in Niseko. Enjoy a drink worthy of discerning discerning drinkers.

Niseko Kaributo Shrine
Niseko Kaributo Shrine is a must-visit in Niseko Town, offering a unique Japanese atmosphere just 1.5km from the Niseko station. The walkways leading to the shrine are lined with beautiful sakura trees, creating a picturesque setting for visitors. The shrine is known for its fusion of Japanese and Western styles and is considered Japan's gateway to the world, where you can experience Shinto rituals and traditions.
Niseko Goshiki
Built entirely of wood and featuring pools made with Japanese larch wood, Goshiki Onsen truly has a homely and old-country feel to it.The onsens name, goshiki, translates to mean five colours and the onsen was given this name due to the water sourced for the spring having five different sources and different colours. The sources are all mixed together to create a bathing pool that is high in sulfuric acid, magnesium, sodium, calcium and other chemicals which help to soothe the skin and relax the muscles.
Yukichichibu Onsen
Yukichichibu is a popular onsen destination among travellers due to the onsens great views, large bathing pools and the hot spring's natural waters. Recently refurbished in 2015, the onsen has eight different bathing pools. On the women's side, there is a special mud bath. The hot spring's source is high in sulfur and iron.
Niseko Grand Hotel Hokkaido
This is a large, garden-style open-air hot spring bath where you can feel the seasonal beauty of Niseko’s nature on your skin. The baths are mixed, and couples, families, and groups can enjoy bathing together in the baths. Bathing suits are also available.There is also a separate open-air bath for women only.
Yusenkaku
Operating since 1958, the Yusenkaku hot spring facility is popular with residents & families from the local area, especially from neighbouring Rankoshi town.
Located next to Kombu train station, this facility offers the widest range of indoor baths at varying temperatures to suit all tastes as well as an outdoor bath and sauna.
Yugokorotei
Yugokorotei's geothermal hot spring water leaves its source at a scorching 56.4 degrees Celsius, so it's not an experience for the faint-of-heart. The water is rich in sodium, hydrogen carbonate, sulfate and chloride, but the real secret of Yugokorotei is its constant supply of freshwater (no re-circulation) and premium cleaning facilities. The combination makes for excellent health benefits, and is a particularly effective antidote for sore and tired muscles.
Iroha Hot Spring
Located a short walk from the slopes, take your skis off, lock them up outside the hotel and enjoy the indoor and outdoor onsen after a days skiing in minutes. At Iroha, you can also buy an Onsen & Ice Cream package to indulge in a Hokkaido-dairy ice cream after you have finished bathing in the café. There is also a snack bar in the waiting area for the hotel where you can browse and pay for snacks at the hotel reception.
